If you are a registered user you can log in before ordering. By login in you do not have to type the captcha secure code every time you search for a domain name availability.

If you are not registered user.

• Go to the Client Area.
• Choose "Domain Checker"
  
  
  
  
• To begin, search for a domain name by typing the name. Attention: Do not type http:// or www or the TLD. For example just type ziz if you are searching for www.ziz.gr availability.
• Then click the preferred TLD's. You can choose as many as you wish. For every TLD you choose there is a 2 seconds delay to the search, so, if you choose 3 TLD's you have to wait 6 seconds for the search results. This is for avoiding our system overload.
  
• Below the domains you can see a code into a blue text-box. You have to type this code to the white text-box that is beside the blue one.
• Click to "Lookup".
  
• In a few seconds you will be able to see the results of your search. If necessary, repeat the process until you find an available name.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Certain domain names have a obligatory registration duration of 2 years, other domain names can be registered for one year or more, so the choice is up to you. Next to the registration duration you can see the price. Tax is not included.
• Click "Order Now"
  
• Now you can see the name that you have selected and next to it with red characters the notice: "No Hosting! click to add".
  
  
  
  
• If you want also hosting service from ZiZ, you have to select a hosting plan. We are about to describe the procedure below, if you are not interested in buying a hosting plan skip the these steps.
  
  
  
  
• Click "Order Now" in order to go to the products and services area.
• Click to the top of the area at hosting plans.
• Now you can choose according to your needs. If you just need to keep the domain name active using an under construction web page and maybe an e-mail account, the proper choice is the domain parking A temporary under construction web page will be automatically created by the system. If you want to upload a site and you don't know how much space you need then choose the ZiZ-Free Start hosting plan, that offers for 1 year free, disk space 200MB which is suitable for the majority of the web sites.
• Click Order Now.
• To the next step normally you don t have to change anything. So, click to continue.
  
  
  
  
• If you have selected a Hosting plan, it is displayed now at the top of the page. Below you can find extra choices for optional services. If you want to create your website and you don't know how, you can give the Site Builder a try. If you need a simple page with your contact information, a photo gallery, a form or even a simple e-shop, then the Site Builder will give you a professional solution in an easy way. It is an ideal way to start your presence on the Internet. The interface is in English language.
• Click "Update Cart" at the bottom of the page.
  
  
  
  
• If you choose one of the following LTD's: .com.gr, .org.gr, .net.gr, .edu.gr, .gov.gr you will see an extra text box called "Description". In this text box you have to type a brief description about the use of the domain, because that TLD's are for special cases (government organizations, educational organizations etc).
• In this step you can see a card preview with all the services that you have selected and the prices. Every service has two options: "Edit configuration" and "Remove". These options are for making changes ordelete the chosen service. Moreover at the bottom of the card preview you have two more options the first is "Empty Card" and the other is "Continue Shopping".
  
  
  
  
• In case you possess a Promotional Coupon you have to type your code to the "Promotional Code" text box and press the "Validate Code" button . If you have a code that you are sure that is the right one but it is not accepted by the system please contact us.
• If everything seems OK, press the "Checkout" button.
• On next page you have to type some personal information. You may think that it s too much to do but some of these information are required for the domain name registration and some other for your invoice.
  
  
  
  
• ATTENTION: If you type anything in the field Company then the domain name will be registered to it. This will be a problem especially for the .gr domains, if you don't really own a legal company. In this case it is better to leave this field blank. The EET that is the National Regulatory Authority for .gr domains will check for this company and if it does not exist it will delete your domain name without any warning. This will not be a problem for the most of the other TLD's such .com etc...
• ATTENTION in the field domain name's owner information. IT IS IMPORTANT and it s displayed only after you have placed an order for a domain name. If you should appear as the owner of the domain name then you select "Use Default Contact (Details Above)". But if you want the domain name to belong to another person and you will be just the administrator then you have to select "Add New Contact..." in order to fill in the owner details (after pressing the "Complete Order" button you will be redirected here again to fill in these information).
  
  
  
  
• Customers from countries of European Union are not overloaded with taxes. The abstraction of taxes becomes automatically as soon as a country of European Union is selected. In this case, the customer is responsible for the tax payment in his country.
• To the next step you have to select the payment method. Our system does not save your credit card details, for security reasons. Your credit cards information is transmitted directly to the "Eurobank EFG" Banking systems using a secure connection. The ZiZ is certified by McAfee for its PCI DSS compliance. Our systems are monitored daily by McAffee.
• To the next field you can type if you wish a message or a comment.
• Check the box I have read and i accept only if you have read the terms of use. This choice means automatically the acceptance of terms. Click on the link "Terms of Use" in order to read them. The document will open on a new window.
• Click on the "Complete Order" button, to complete your order.
  
  
  
  
• If you have selected in previous step "Add New Contact", the system takes you back automatically in the same page, only that now you see the fields for the new contact. In this case you will need also, to fill in once again the fields: password and password confirmation, secret question and answer, you check again the box of acceptance of terms of use. They are not kept for the time being for security reasons. Finally select "Complete Order".
• If everything is OK and the process is completed correctly, you will receive on your e-mail all the relevant information.
